After having worked in reputed real estate companies for 7 years, Mr. Vikrant Tambe laid the foundation of Devraj Builders & Developers in 2004 in Baramati, Maharashtra. Since our humble beginnings, we’ve put quality and customer satisfaction as paramount values for our business.

In 2014, Devraj Builders & Developers was rebranded as Devraj housing Development Pvt. Ltd. Under this new name, we joined the esteemed CREDAI association, further cementing our commitment to quality and passion towards building beautiful spaces

The last step in any build. This phase includes site cleanup, systems training, final inspections and move-in coordination. After completion, we have a final walkthrough to ensure your complete satisfaction.
